Property building in Park Central
This was a return visit to the hotel due to us really appreciating its location to all of the hot spots and famous landmarks, which meant everything we did was on foot which was a big desire of ours. The hotel rooms are very spacious and clean with huge windows overlooking the strip towards town square which is magical and perfect to sustain that pinch me moment we are in NYC. Staff we very attentive and happy to assist with anything to ensure you have the best experience. Coffee shop inside the hotel is ideal and provides warm pastries with fresh coffee to kick start your day perfectly. On return to the hotel in the evening there is a bar area which is a very relaxing space to unwind with live music and hosts amazing food. Being literally steps away from central park to the left and times square to the right this is ideal for both anyone who is new to experience new york and feel so safe, relaxed and comfortable, but also for the return guests as NYC makes me feel like home from home when I stay here.

The friendliness of the entire staff, unbelievable for NYC. Without notice, we were locked out of our room and couldn't figure why our key did not work. after checking in that afternoon and being gone for the day we returned to a locked room. We went down to the front desk and they said there was a leak and they had to move us to two floors above, but no one helped us move, they gave us new keys and told us the room is two floors above. It was not an identical room, the first room as you followed my request had a walk-in shower and on the ninth floor, there was no walk-in shower. and we had luckily not unpacked very much, and it was easy for us to move ourselves, but no one sent a bellhop to assist us, but otherwise, we had a wonderful stay and as you read my comments before this comment, we would certainly return.

Excellent location, close to many attractions especially our main purpose for coming to NYC—Carnegie Hall. Everything was within walking distance….Central Park, Broadway shows, restaurants,….

Very clean hotel with a fair price. The location is great and within walking distance to many famous areas, including Central Park, Broadway and Times Square.

The location was fantastic and the entrance/lobby was great. The house keeping and cleanliness of the rooms was good.
